make a really good team with Carlo offering a first class welcome front of house;

 

he has worked and managed restaurants all aver the UK in several Michelin-star restaurants, while Luigi’s passion for Italian load delivers unique, distinctive Italian dishes of delicious Italian cuisine.

 

Carlo and Luigi have completely refurbished the farmer Paco’s/ Ricarda’s premises and created in Gi Gi Ristorante, a most exciting place to eat with its contemporary setting.

 

  

The mono black and white design adds a smart new dimension to dining in Swansea this is a restaurant that really has the ‘wow” factor.

 

 

No expense has been spared from the sleek black and chrome chairs to the crisp white table

linen, complemented by the shinny black floors-

 

 

 

  

Although this is a large restaurant of over a 100 covers, it offers a warm intimate ambience,

the tables are well spread out to offer a degree of privacy and there ore discreet alcoves perfect for private parties.

 

 

The ambience is further added by the themed areas with art work that gives the flavour of Italy with views of Yenice, Rome and Capri.

 

  

This is a restaurant that is well in touch with it’s Italian roots, Lugi promises diners authentic, tasty Italian dishes,

 

 

and he most certainly deliver on that promise,

with traditional Italian food with a real modern twist, the presentation is just amazing-art on a plate!

 

 

Plus with Lugi~`s insistence on using fresh local produce and Ingredients, the result is just heavenly.

 

 

 

The a Ia carte menu offers options for everyone, with a wide choice of starters, anti pasti, pastas, risotto and crisp pizzas.

 

 

While ‘mains’ offer a wide selection of meat, poultry and fish dishes.

 

 

As you would expect from an Italian restaurant

there are mouthwatering desserts.

 Some outstanding signature dishes include  Spaghetti Frutti di Mare- Spaghetti

with clams, squid, mussels, prawns in a tomato white wine sauce. loin of Port coaked with mushrooms and dolcelatte cheese sauce.

 

 

Fracosta alla Crema di Tartufo­ -sirloin

steak in a creamy truffle and white wine sauce topped with parmesan shavings.

 

Pesce Spada con CaponataS swordfish chargrilled, served with Sicillian vegetable campote.

 

 

Prices are very competitive for this high quality with main pasta dishes from around £9, risotto’s £10 or sirlain steak from £13 you can spend as much or as little as you like.

 

 

The main menu is complemented by daily specials board. Plus lunch time specials that include a pasta or pizza with a fresh salad, French fries or jacket for just £6,95

 

 

As you would expect from a restaurant of this

class, there is a first class wine list.
